Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:
- Other users: your public profile information (cafe name, creator name, city, social handles) is visible to other Sipfluence users for the purpose of matchmaking
- Service providers: we use trusted third-party services for hosting (Cloudflare), email (Resend), and backend infrastructure (Nhost). These providers only access data necessary to perform their services
- Legal requirements: if required by Philippine law or in response to valid legal process
Cookies & Tracking
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies or collect personal data. We do not use tracking pixels, retargeting cookies, or any third-party advertising trackers.
If we add cookies in the future (for example, for authentication), we will update this policy and notify you.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption, secure backend infrastructure, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
